      The zoom is made for 2 to 5 year olds. The seat and the handlebar both adjust, so it keeps fitting as your child grows through those years.

      Does it come with training wheels?

      No, and that is the point! A balance bike has no pedals and no training wheels. Your child pushes along with their feet and learns to balance first, which is the hard part. Pedals come easily after that.

      How much does the zoom weigh?

      The zoom weighs 3.2 kg. That is light enough for a two year old to pick it up, turn it around and carry it themselves, which matters more than it sounds on the walk home.

      How high does the seat go?

      The seat adjusts from 35 to 42 cm off the ground, and the handlebar adjusts from 53 to 60 cm. Both move with a clamp ring and the Allen key that comes in the box.

      Do the tires ever go flat?

      No. The tires are puncture proof EVA foam, so there is no inner tube, no pump and no flat tire on a Saturday morning. The chrome hubcaps also cover the spokes so little fingers and toes stay out of the wheel.

      Is it hard to put together?

      No, it goes together quickly. Everything you need is in the box, including the Allen key. You slide the handlebar into the frame, fit the front wheel and the seat, then tighten the clamp rings.

      What colors does the zoom come in?

      The zoom comes in white or black, and both have the same camel seat and grips. The colors are white/camel and black/camel.
