Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform through which our products are offered.
You may use the website only for lawful purposes.
You must not use the website to:

- submit fraudulent orders;
- interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- distribute malicious software;
- misuse another person's personal information; or
- infringe intellectual-property rights.
2. Products
We make reasonable efforts to display products, descriptions, specifications, photographs, colors, and other information accurately.
Actual colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting.
Product availability may change without notice.
Manufacturer specifications, packaging, accessories, and product details may occasionally be updated by the manufacturer.
Nothing on our website should be interpreted as changing or overriding an official manufacturer safety instruction, manual, approval, certification, or warning.
3. Prices
Prices may change without notice before an order is completed.
The price applicable to your purchase will normally be the price shown during checkout, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors where permitted by law.
Taxes, VAT, duties, shipping charges, or other applicable charges will be displayed during checkout where Shopify or the applicable service is able to calculate them.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

Payment methods available to you may vary depending on your country, currency, Shopify Market, payment provider, and order.
Payment processing may be performed by Shopify or third-party payment providers.
6. Shipping
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Standard shipping is free on all strollers to supported destinations.
Accessories may incur shipping charges shown at checkout.

7. Taxes, VAT, Duties and Customs
Where taxes, VAT, duties, or other charges are collected at checkout, they will normally be shown as part of your order.
Any VAT, tax, customs duty, or import charge not collected at checkout may be payable by the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Cancellations and Returns
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
U.S. customers are not offered voluntary change-of-mind returns unless we expressly agree otherwise.
EU consumers retain all mandatory withdrawal and consumer-protection rights, including the statutory right of withdrawal applicable to qualifying distance purchases.

9. Defective and Non-Conforming Products
If a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or does not conform to the contract, contact info@next9months.com.
Where appropriate, the initial remedy may be repair or replacement.
A refund or price reduction may be available where repair or replacement is unavailable, unsuccessful, cannot be completed within the required or reasonable period, or applicable law otherwise requires it.
EU customers retain their mandatory legal guarantee rights. Under EU rules, consumers generally receive a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for non-conforming goods.
10. Manufacturer Warranties
Next9Months does not provide an additional commercial store warranty unless expressly stated.
Certain products may include a commercial warranty provided by the manufacturer.
A manufacturer's commercial warranty is separate from any statutory rights you have against the seller and does not reduce mandatory consumer protection.
11. Safety and Proper Use
Baby products, strollers, car seats, high chairs, balance bikes, and related products must be assembled, installed, maintained, and used according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Customers are responsible for reading and following all applicable manuals, warnings, weight limits, age limits, installation instructions, and safety guidance.
Do not use a product if it appears damaged, incomplete, incorrectly assembled, or unsafe.
12. Intellectual Property
The website and its original content, design, branding, graphics, text, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Next9Months unless otherwise stated.
Manufacturer names, logos, trademarks, photographs, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, or modify protected website content without appropriate permission.
13. Reviews and User Content
If you submit a product review, comment, photograph, or other content to Next9Months, you confirm that you have the right to submit that content.
You permit us to display, reproduce, format, translate, and use the submitted content in connection with our store and marketing, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
We may remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, infringing, or unrelated to the product or service being reviewed.

- mandatory consumer rights;
- liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- liability that cannot legally be excluded; or
- any remedy guaranteed by applicable consumer-protection law.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, to the extent legally permitted.
For consumers located in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, this governing-law provision does not remove any mandatory rights, protections, remedies, or jurisdictional rights available under the laws applicable to that consumer.

The version published on our website at the time of a transaction will apply to that transaction except where applicable law requires otherwise.
