The seat and tray wipe clean. The tray is not dishwasher-safe.

Can I use the moon from birth?

Yes. Recline the seat for the newborn-lounger configuration and fit the baby headrest, sold separately, as shown in the supplied instructions. Do not use the tray in newborn-lounger mode. Move to upright high-chair mode only when your child can sit unaided, usually around 6 months. Always supervise your child and use the harness as instructed.

How long will my child use the moon?

Moon has separate limits for each mode. Newborn-lounger mode covers the early months as instructed. High-chair mode is for a child who can sit unaided, usually from 6 to 36 months, up to 15 kg. Junior-chair mode starts at around 36 months and supports up to 45 kg. Use the lowest seat position and remove the footrest in junior-chair mode. Do not apply the junior-chair limit to high-chair mode.

Is the booster seat included?

No. The Moon booster seat is sold separately. It is an optional accessory that adds extra support and height for smaller children using the high chair. The standard Moon box includes the chair, tray, seat pad, harness, base, gas cylinder and footrest.

How do I clean the moon after a meal?

Wipe the frame, seat, and tray with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not put the tray in a dishwasher. For deeper cleaning, remove the seat cover and hand-wash it with a neutral detergent. Hand-wash the harness, removing the shoulder pads first, and refit the parts only after they have dried. Do not bleach, tumble-dry, iron, or dry-clean.

How does the height adjustment work?

Remove your child before adjusting the height. With the chair empty, use the foot-operated button on the base to raise or lower the seat as shown in the supplied instructions. Release the button and make sure the seat is secure at the chosen height before placing your child back in the chair.

Does the moon fold away for storage?

No, the moon does not fold. It is designed to stay out as a piece of furniture, with a footprint of 65 x 55.1 cm.
