      Does the fan need batteries?

      No batteries are built into the liner. FLO connects to a USB power bank at DC 5V/3A. The power bank is sold separately.

      How loud is the fan?

      FLO uses a 4-speed fan, so you can choose a lower setting when quieter operation is preferred. Mima does not publish a fixed decibel rating on the current product page.

      Will my baby get too cold?

      The flo moves air through the liner rather than actively refrigerating the seat. Use one of the four fan speeds to match the conditions and monitor your baby's comfort, especially in hot weather.

      Will it fit my stroller?

      Mima describes FLO as a universal-fit cooling liner for strollers and other baby seating. Secure it using the liner’s openings and straps as instructed. For car-seat use, always confirm that your exact car-seat manufacturer permits an added liner or accessory and follow its harness instructions.

      Can I use it in a car seat?

      It can be used with compatible car seats when the car seat manufacturer permits an added liner. Thread the harness through the center opening so the straps remain correctly positioned, and always follow the car seat manufacturer's instructions.

      How do I wash it?

      By hand, never in the machine. Take out the grill and the fan first, wash gently with a mild detergent, do not wring it, and dry it in the shade rather than in the sun or a dryer. Close the bottom zip again before you use it.
